Cancer and Covid-19 Part 2

Updated: Apr 5, 2020

Today I started my 5th round of chemo. Initially I was planning to have surgery now, but it doesn't make a lot of sense, considering all that's going on. Since I was planning to do chemo after surgery anyways, we are bumping it up.

Besides from serious anticipatory nausea, to the point I just puked, I am grateful I can still do this. My Oncologist said my body/cancer responded excellently to the first 4 rounds-- and this is just extra fortification. She also hasn't had anyone with as much hair as me since the dreaded Red Devil.

Luckily, today I will not be having the red devil anymore. Thank G-d that's over. Now it's a drug called Taxol which might be a walk in the park compared to the devil. Yesterday I hit a month goal I wanted to achieve in my online business and I taught online yoga so there's always something to be grateful for. Also grateful On Guard I'm diffusing next to my hospital bed. And of course, husband for taking good care of the kids. My heart is heavy for the those that are sick and suffering right now. I really have to weigh and measure how much news I'm consuming and keep a peaceful mind. It's the best thing for fighting cancer..
