Yesterday, I broke.

Because our Guinea Pig Sparkle Passed Because I am loosing my boobs tomorrow Because of the heaviness of the world Because of the outpouring of love from friends and family And that's ok. It's ok to break sometimes. It's healthy. I spent the afternoon and evening crying or teary. And it was exactly what I needed because scientifically crying releases stress, toxins, improved mood, aids sleep and get this.. improves vision! I woke up grateful, inhaled some happy oils and was ready to face a new day. When was the last time you had a good cry?
